Shipping options

At KarperCentrale, you can choose between two shipping options: home delivery or collection. During the ordering process, it will always be clearly indicated which option applies to you.

Home delivery

If you place your order on a business day before 5:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email to follow your parcel.

The standard delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 business day. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

Please note: always check the delivery time per product. If an order contains multiple products, we apply the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery period. We therefore recommend ordering pre-orders separately.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by country and usually range between €3.95 and €7.95. The exact costs are always clearly displayed in your shopping cart.

For exceptionally large or heavy shipments, a surcharge may apply, for example when pallet transport is required. This will always be clearly indicated during checkout.

Carriers

We ship our parcels with DHL, GLS and DPD. Depending on the destination and type of shipment, the most suitable carrier is selected automatically.

Collection

If you choose to collect your order, no shipping costs will be charged. In most cases, your order will be ready for collection within a few hours.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation by email. Would you like to speed up the collection process? After placing your order, please contact our customer service by phone and we will get started for you immediately.
