What are glugs & dips?

Glugs and dips are liquids specifically developed to make hook baits attractive for an extended period. Unlike sprays or boosters, these products are designed to soak into your hook bait, allowing scent and flavor compounds to penetrate deeply into the bait itself.

The result? A long-lasting release of attractive signals, even when the bait has been on the bottom for a long time. This keeps carp interested and increases your chances of bites during longer sessions or in more challenging conditions.

Glugs and dips are usually somewhat thicker and more viscous in texture, which helps them adhere well to the bait.Although they can also be mixed with your bait, the real power lies in the  soaking of your hookbait.

Glugs and dips are perfect when fishing in heavily pressured waters or during longer sessions where your hookbait remains on the bottom for an extended period.

How do you use a glug or dip?

Fill a soak pot or a small empty jar with some glug or dip and let your hook bait soak there for at least a few hours or preferably longer. This way, the bait absorbs the liquid and becomes attractive from the inside out.

Extra tip: combine a glug with a powder coating after soaking for a double effect!

Although you can also add glugs and dips to your feed mix, this is less efficient due to the thicker consistency. They are primarily intended for targeted use on the hook bait.
