Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
- The amount for all returned products will be refunded, including any shipping costs paid.
- The costs for returning the product from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense.
- You may arrange the return shipment yourself and send the package to: AA-Stroom 38, 9665SK Oude Pekela, Netherlands.
- The product must, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging and with all supplied accessories.
You may use our returns portal to return products at a reduced rate. The estimated return costs per country are listed below.

We offer an extended return period. You can register a return up to 30 days after receipt via the returns portal.
Please note: the returns portal is intended to make returning easier. If returning via the portal is not possible, please contact us at service@carpcentral.com to register your return within the applicable period.

Conditions for returns
- The product is unused and in its original packaging, with intact security seals.
- If the product has been used more than once or shows signs of damage, a reduction in value will be applied to the refund amount.
- Returns are possible up to 30 days after receipt of the product, according to the carrier’s registration.
Costs for returns
- Within the 14-day withdrawal period, you only pay the return costs.
- After 14 days but within 30 days, you pay both the return costs and the original shipping costs.
Warranty conditions
A product must last for the period that may reasonably be expected, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.
- Lower-priced products generally have a shorter warranty period.
- Always contact customer service in the event of defects.
- If the defect is not covered by warranty, a replacement part may often be more economical than a new product.
- In the event of damage or breakage, the defective product will always be inspected by us.
